The Soother Store is an online, Ottawa based company dedicated to the safety and well being of premature and full term babies.
We specialize in products that are safe, unique, environmentally friendly and manufactured under fair trade from country's that do not violate international human rights laws.
I was inspired to start The Soother Store when my daughter was born premature in November 2007. It started off with my search for the wonderful GumDrop soother that was provided by the Civic Hospital. It's by far the best soother on the market but not available in retail stores.
I am now a stay-at-home mom - caring for my family, farm and business.

The Soother Store continues to evolve as I learn more about the wonderful products that are available to help our babies and make our lives a little easier.
I make every effort to ensure that the products I sell are safe, environmentally friendly and manufactured under fair trade from country's that do not violate international human rights laws. I was shocked to learn about the conditions under which many baby products are made. Sadly, this is something I was not aware of when I initially started this business so some of my products will not be restocked.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. If for any reason the products you have ordered will be delayed, we will notify you immediately.
Please expect an arrival time of 3-10 business days depending upon location. We ship Canada Post Regular Parcel. If you would like your order sent by a courier for faster delivery, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us for further information.
Please email us if you require shipping outside of Canada. Please note that some items cannot be shipped to the United States because of contractual agreements between Soother Store and certain manufacturers.
If you would like to return your purchased items please email us to obtain a refund tracking number or the package must be refused. Once your return is received by Soother Store, you will receive the full purchase price of your merchandise less the shipping costs.
Shipping costs, border taxes or custom charges are not refundable. If an error is made by Soother Store, we will gladly refund your shipping costs as well. All items must be in new condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. No item is returnable after 30 days from purchase.
If the package is refused, sent back as �return to sender� or the address provided is incomplete or incorrect Soother Store will recover this shipping cost prior to refunding. Therefore the customer will pay an additional shipping cost.
Shipping rates are as follows (based on purchase amount before taxes):
$0.01 - $9.99 = $8.00
$10.00 - $19.99 = $11.00
$20.00 - $49.99 = $12.00
$50.00 - $74.99 = $13.00
$75.00 - $99.99 = $15.00
$100.00 � $149.99 = $16.00
$150 + = FREE
